Stoke is a feeling before it's a coffee. The kind of energy that gets you moving before the day asks anything of you.

We built this blend to sit in that moment.

Two washed coffees. Honduras from the Copan region, Rainforest Alliance certified and USDA Organic, sourced through APROCAJER. Guatemala from the highlands of Huehuetenango produced by approximately 120 family farms across San Pedro Necta and La Libertad, shade grown and milled in the traditional guardiola dryers that have defined this region's processing for over 150 years.

Roasted together at medium dark until they pull into alignment.

The cup is warm and round: cocoa and toasted marshmallow up front, graham cracker on the finish. Rich without being heavy. Sweet without being soft. The kind of coffee that earns its place in a routine rather than interrupting one.

Stoke is built to stay on our lineup. It works as espresso, drip, French press, or whatever you reach for first in the morning. It works with milk. It works without. It shows up the same way every time.
