Always a treat to offer a coffee that truly represents the complexity of indigenous heirloom varieties.
This coffee is grown by numerous farmers, whose small gardens are typically located next to their homes. Each coffee cherry is picked at peak ripeness, washed, and carefully hand sorted as it dries on raised beds. The coffee is then sorted again before it begins its journey to the U.S.
These farmers understand the value of their efforts in the market, and competition to produce the best coffee results in both rewarding compensation and heart-felt pride.
Starting with a bean that has been nurtured so intently deserves the same attention by us when developing the roast process; one that highlights what a collaborative effort which crosses continents focused on a single mission of amazing coffee can do to your palette when its finally brewed and sipped by you.
...and wait until you experience this one.
The first sips are loaded with sweet and sryupy candy. As they fade, continued sweetness bound in orange undertones; closing with a delicate floral bouquet wrapped in an unexpected body. Just right!
Complex, pure and intentional enjoyment in your cup.
